Seniors 8/19/2009
Today we started out by coming up with an Olympic themed room. The seniors decided on the Coliseum. Alonso played a lion and Joe played a gladiator inside the Coliseum. After that we played 500 and steal the bacon in the yard at BGA. When we went in for gymnastics we practiced our floor routines for Friday and worked on our flags for our countries. This afternoon is KEVA!!!

Whew! What an eventful morning! To start off we picked the best room ever to act out a baseball Diamond we named Junior Field! We helped cheer the seniors to warm up victory followed by taking a group camp picture. We then worked on perfecting our routines for Friday as well as made our group flag. We decided to stay at the field at Badger so that we could finish our flag. But the best part of the day is yet to come...One work KEVA!
Freshman and Sophomores
Twas an AWESOME day at camp thus far. Peter, Masie, Paige, Brady, and AJ displayed their favorite sports by dressing as them. Once all of our friends arrived at camp, we were asked to come up with a room in a building to act out. The Sophomores pretended to be in a green house. The Freshman pretended to be on a field at Keva. We laughed and cheered for each other and then boarded the bus. Upon arrival at KEVA we were all geared up to play some Ultimate Dodgeball. Twas a mighty battle, counselors v.s. campers. Campers however came out victorious! Claire, Carson, Maddie, and Cooper were all mighty warriors and assisted in taking out the counselors. Then it was time for swim lessons, where we practiced our skills for tomorrows swim meet. We hope to see you all there! This afternoon we will practice our skits and gymnastic skills for Friday! We can not wait for Olympic day!

Seniors 8/18/2009
Today we started out our day by inventing three new Olympic sports. We came up with human chess, weirdest face, and weirdest noise. However we were check mated by the freshmen. Afterwards we went to the park for a game of capture the football. Matthew, Alonso, and Nick all had a big part in their teams success. When we went back to Badger we did pit jumps and spring boards as well as hand stand fall flats. We also worked on our skit for Friday which is going to be awesome. This afternoon we probably will work on our skit a little and maybe play tennis on the sports court.

What an awesome day for the park! After having our gymnastic skills we played an exciting game of Capture the Flag. Brendan and Owen did an excellent job and were very sneaky! Kyle also displayed some stellar sportsmanship. Wee then journeyed to SwimWest for lessons. The campers are doing some final touches and perfecting their strokes for Thursday afternoon's Olympic Swim Meet. After lunch, we plan on finishing the day with exploding enchiladas and field games. The campers are pumped for tomorrows last day at Keva! Don't forget to wear your favorite sport/olympic attire!
Freshman and Sophomores
Wow what a gorgeous day! Once we got to SwimWest we had Animal Crackers for snack so that he could fuel up for intense volleyball drills. We practiced bumping, setting, and serving. After that we played 4 square volleyball to put our skills to the test and we did AMAZING! Swimming lessons are going great and we can't wait for gymnastics later and our skits!
